As development efforts continue to move west, these units will quickly move from 'pioneering' to 'center of it all'.

An update: as the dynamic of the West End changed due to the interest of Fussball Club Cincinnati, TSREP ultimately decided to structure a deal to transfer these parcels to West End Ventures LLC. After our January 2018 purchase, 1509 Providence St was sold March 2018 to return 106% to investors. 1510-1514 Central Ave - which TSREP had under contract in February 2018 - was ultimately purchased by West End Ventures LLC after contract assignment.

 

We are excited to see what these parcels become, and look forward to other development opportunities in this growing neighborhood.
