Tom Savoca | Partner
Tom is a seasoned real estate executive with over 30 years of experience from both the corporate side on a national level and the landlord side regionally. This unique combination serves TS REP clients well providing expertise from both sides of the table in negotiations. Tom has served in senior real estate roles at large public corporations in New York City and metropolitan areas representing the tenant as well as management of a portfolio of Class A office space for a large public REIT providing a full understanding of the landlord side of a complex business. As a well-respected member of the real estate community Tom approaches each negotiation in a principled manner to achieve best results.
Tom is a graduate of Providence College and holds a degree in Finance. He also holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of Connecticut and is a REALTOR® at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services | New England Properties.
Numbers are only part of the solution in a real estate transaction. Thriving in your space requires that intelligent architectural and construction based decisions be considered as part of the transaction. Tom brings a creative, yet pragmatic approach to addressing the workplace planning needs of TS REP clients. With experience through the well regarded Co-op program at UC, Tom has worked for architectural firms including Gensler in NY, Gary Lee Partners in Chicago and GBBN Architects in Cincinnati. He is entrepreneurial and his experience building new businesses is a compliment to his talents in architectural services.
Tom is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning and holds a degree in Architecture with a minor in Real Estate Development.
